Hello and welcome to Twinkle Beads! =D I sell various beadwork such as earrings, bracelets and handphone accessories. I also do customized designs. If you think there are other color variations or different charms that would suit you better, you may request for minor changes through my email. (: Feel free to browse through the blog! - JINGRUI :D
Place your Order!
To place your order, simply drop me an email at twinklebeads@gmail.com specifying the following:
1. Your name
2. Contact no. and/or email
3. The item you want/Picture how you want a customized product to look like. You may state certain color variations you prefer.
After which, I would drop you an email to confirm your request. (: Enquiries to the same email are welcome.
As for the mode of payment, payment through registered mail is recommended. Please indicate your name, items you ordered, address and postal code on a piece of paper in the envelope.
Upon the confirmation of your request, I will send out the item after I have received the money. Items(s) would be delivered 3-5 working days upon receiving payment.
Alternatively, you may choose to do a bank transfer, or ask for a meet up . :)
Terms and Conditions
1. The sale of items work on a first come first serve basis. Remakes are possible but some may cost a little more, depending on availability of materials.
2. Prices for customized items would vary depending on the availability of materials and skills required.
3. Refunds or abrupt cancellations will not be entertained.
4. Items lost in the mail will not be accounted for and thus registered mail is recommended.
5. Kindly note that all prices do not include postage costs.
6. Normal postage costs would be:
- 30c for 20g
- 40c for 40g
7. Registered mail would cost S$2.24. Registered mail allows you to check on the status of your package and thus gives you better security :)
